8tph WNS series gas-fired steam boiler project for chemical industry

A boiler system that can operate stably not only is related to the quality of chemical products, but also affects the economic benefits of enterprise. Considering the expansion of company business and actual demands of production line, Zhengzhou Yisheng decided to introduce the highly-efficient and eco-friendly WNS series gas-fired steam boiler produced by ZOZEN to both improve product quality and cut production cost. Starting from the source of production line, the company intended to get higher economic benefits and achieve the goal of environmental protection.

WNS series gas-fired steam boiler, a new-type boiler product developed by ZOZEN, is a shell-type three-pass wetback boiler. The boiler system of this type is composed by boiler proper, flue gas duct, burner, steam-water system, instrument, economizer, condenser and so on, which is featured with advantages of complete combustion, energy saving and low environmental pollution, convenient operation, cleanness and high efficiency, sufficient power, etc. It deserves to be mentioned that ZOZEN’s boiler adopted automatic control system to ensure the stable output of steam with high quality, which met the high requirements of Zhengzhou Yisheng’s production line for the heat supply. At the same time, with low-nitrogen combustion technology, ZOZEN’s WNS series gas-fired steam boiler realized the low emission of NOx (less than 30mg/Nm³) to reduce environmental pollution and helped Zhengzhou Yisheng hold the social responsibility of environmental protection.
