12 million kcal YQW series gas-fired horizontal thermal oil heater for chemical industry

Ningde Amperex Technology Ltd., founded in 2008, is invested by Amperex Technology Ltd. (ATL) from Hong Kong. The company mainly engages in the research and development, production and selling of polymer lithium-ion battery that is applied on various high-end electronic products such as mobile phone, bluetooth device, etc. In the production process of polymer lithium-ion battery, industrial boiler provides stable heat supply for important production steps such as coating drying and so on. With the improvement of sales volume and the expansion of enterprise scale, the company decided to upgrade and reconstruct the production line and needed gas-fired thermal oil heater with high efficiency as the key support equipment to further enhance the capacities of research, development and production.

To meet Ningde Amperex Technology’s demands of production line reconstruction, ZOZEN Boiler designed the YQW series gas-fired thermal oil heater that could realize low-pressure and high-temperature heat supply and precisely control the temperature of heat medium oil to further guarantee the steady heat supply for the battery production line. What’s more, ZOZEN YQW series thermal oil heater possesses outstanding performance on environmental protection. It adopts three-pass round coil structure with sufficient heating surface that can recycle the waster heat of high-temperature smog in cooperation with the economizer at the end of boiler, so its thermal efficiency reaches more than 95%. Meanwhile, it also adopts advanced low NOx burner that can both ensure the complete combustion of fuel and reduce the emission of air pollutants.
