4 million kcal YQW series gas-fired thermal oil heater project for the food additive industry

Industrial boilers play an important role as a piece of significant heating source equipment of the production line during the process of producing food additives. Jiangyin Huachang Food Additive Co., Ltd. was founded in 2007, who mainly produces taurine. Taurine is a non-protein amino acid, which can be added to foods such as milk, milk powder, feed, compound MSG, soy products, etc. as a food nutrition additive. Jiangyin Huachang Food Additive Co., Ltd. has been constantly and independently innovated to use the ethylene oxide method to produce taurine, and has formed formalization production line of 10,000-ton taurine products on a basis of absorbing domestic and international production processes.

The new process using the ethylene oxide method has low production costs and stable product quality, however, the yield of the ammonification process and the production continuity are the key points in the process. Therefore, Jiangyin Huachang Food Additive Co., Ltd. has set clearly high requirements for the entire boiler system. ZOZEN Boiler tailor-made the design of the YQW+WNS series boiler system project in order to meet the sufficient and continuous heating source support of the food additive production line. Among them, the body of YQW series gas-fired thermal oil heater adopts three-pass round coiled tube structure, with sufficient heating surface, and the energy-saving device installed at the end of the furnace can ensure the thermal efficiency up to 95%. The advanced combustion device can realize low NOx emissions of the entire boiler system, meanwhile ZOZEN Boiler has equipped the automatic control system to ensure the continuous and efficient operation of the heating source system of the production line.
