14MW WNS series gas-fired hot water boiler project for Beijing Tongzhou Economic Development Zone

Beijing Tongzhou Economic Development Zone (East Area), located at the core of Bohai Economic Circle, covered an area of 2.45 square kilometers. The regular production and operation of most enterprises in this zone depended on the stable operation of gas-fired hot water boilers. With the development of this zone and the advancement of “coal to gas” project, the coal-fired heating boilers were replaced with high-quality WNS series gas-fired hot water boilers to meet the demands of heating in winter for enterprises and has achieved the goal of energy saving and pollutant emission reduction at the same time.

In order to meet the strict environmental protection requirements of Beijing city, ZOZEN designed WNS series gas-fired hot water boilers that used clean energy natural gas as fuel and adopted the advanced low NOx burner to ensure that NOx emission was lower than 50% and the flue gas was exhausted into the atmosphere via 15-meter chimney. In addition to excellent environmental protection capacity, the high quality of ZOZEN Boilers also won the praise of zone customers. At the production base of ZOZEN Boiler, automatic production lines, orderly production site and strictly implemented 6S site management all guarantee the high quality of ZOZEN boilers. It is also worth mentioning that the leading industries of this zone were in the fields of auto parts, biological medicine and high-end equipment manufacturing. In the zone, the first phase of the powertrain base project of Beijing Automotive Powertrain Co., Ltd. with a total construction area of about 208,000 square meters had an annual output of 300,000 engines and 300,000 transmissions. Coal-fired boilers were specifically prohibited in this project, so the enterprise finally chose ZOZEN’s WNS series gas-fired hot water boilers for heat supply.
