15tph SZL series coal-fired chain grate water tube steam boiler project for the chemical industry in Ethiopia

China CEC Engineering Corporation is a large-scale engineering consulting and design company. Its main business covers engineering design, consulting, supervision and general contracting. It provides services for pulp and paper, energy and environmental protection, salt manufacturing and salt chemical engineering, household appliances, food, construction, municipal and other industries. In order to meet the demands of the project to construct a comprehensive PVC resin production plant with an annual output of 60,000 tons in Mekele, Ethiopia, CEC finally chose ZOZEN Boiler as the boiler supplier for this project based on the investigation on the domestic boiler market. This time, CEC purchased 3 sets of SZL series coal-fired chain grate water tube steam boiler from ZOZEN Boiler who had completed the shipment recently.

ZOZEN SZL series coal-fired steam boiler is featured with the sufficient output, a high degree of automation and a high thermal efficiency of over 82%. This series of boiler has the double drums with a longitudinal layout and the chain grate structure. The large furnace design can promote the sufficient combustion of fuel and reduce the heat load. What's more, in order to improve the fuel utilization, there are multiple separate air chambers and air dampers installed at the lower part of the grate to achieve the precise air distribution to meet the demands of air volume needed by fuel in each combustion stage. Finally, ZOZEN Boiler also customized the dust removal, desulfurization and denitration equipment at the end of the boiler to ensure that the exhaust gas emission of the boiler could meet the local environmental protection standards.
