15 tph SZL coal-fired water tube boiler project for gelatin industry in Pakistan

In the manufacturing process of gelatin, plenty of high-quality steam is needed in extraction, concentration and drying, therefore, one set of steam boiler with sufficient output and high quality is critical to the production line. The previous coal-fired steam boiler of NTP Gelatine Pvt. Ltd. had a considerable impact on the production due to inadequate combustion and insufficient combustion, so the company decided to reorder one set of efficient coal-fired steam boiler. In addition, it is equipped with different amounts of independent wind barns according to different evaporation capacity, by which users can adjust the wind supply to ensure the complete combustion on the basis of the type of coal and combustion conditions.
