In the production process of conveyor belts, drying is required. Conventional boilers often have their own drawbacks such as large heat dissipation and serious heat loss. Xinantai Rubber is one of the 17 state-owned large-scale enterprises in chinese rubber industry. It mainly operates hoses, seals, conveyor belts, and PVC pipes. In 2008, from the perspective of energy saving, Xinantai rubber boiler started equipment replacement. At the beginning of the project construction, taking into account factors such as production costs, the company decided to adjust the production steam for some of the conveyor belts to the heating of coal-fired boilers. As a enterprise with more than 30 years of experience in boiler production, ZOZEN has specially developed a complete set of boiler projects based on the characteristics and needs of Xinantai Rubber Company. For rubber companies like Xinantai Rubber who are producing 8 million square meters of various conveyor belts and 9 million standard meters or more of various hoses, ZOZEN recommended 20 tph SZL coal-fired steam boiler from their steam consumption. The tonnage of the boiler is composed of a front furnace, a rear furnace, a convection tube bundle, an economizer, and a chain grate, and they are assembled into a whole. The user can reasonably distribute the wind according to different coal quality and different combustion conditions to ensure that the fuel is fully burned and the cost of fuel is reduced.
