Case introduction

The user, Lindian Yili Dairy Co., Ltd., is a subsidiary of Yili Group. The company built the Green Production and Intelligent Manufacturing System Integration Project in Heilongjiang Province, with a total investment of 600 million yuan (87 million dollars) and a total area of 95,000 square meters.

There are 9 production lines in the milk production base, with 800 tons of milk and 40 dairy farms. A 15-ton gas-fired steam boiler is equipped at the project site to provide necessary high-temperature steam for many processes of the dairy production line.

ZOZEN 15-ton gas-fired steam boiler is equipped with advanced low-nitrogen burner, which can inhibit the generation of nitrogen oxides from the source, enhance the chamber combustion, and fulfill the requirements of realizing low energy consumption and low emissions.
