15 tph SZL series biomass-fired chain grate steam boiler project for printing and dyeing industry

Industrial boilers play an important role in providing thermal energy for the production processes such as drying and shaping, dyeing and bleaching. In the face of environmental protection requirements, Quanfa Dyeing and Finishing decided to carry out technical transformation on the existing coal-fired boiler. After an in-depth understanding of its requirement, ZOZEN recommended the SZL series biomass-fired boiler. This series of steam boiler adopts a low NOx combustion technology. The exhaust gas will be discharged through a 40m-high chimney after treated by the dust collector, the bag filter and the wet scrubber, which can help Quanfa Dyeing and Finishing to achieve standard discharge and meet the emission limits.
