4 t/h Gas-Fired Steam Boiler Project for the Non-Ferrous Metal Industry

Jinduicheng Molybdenum Co., Ltd. Smelting Branch has recently promoted an environmental protection upgrading project and implemented strict air-pollution control measures. The company is working toward the environmental performance requirements for Grade A enterprises in key industries.

During the molybdenum concentrate roasting and wet-process sulfuric acid production processes, a stable steam supply is an important part of continuous production. To meet this requirement, the company introduced a ZOZEN WNS4-1.25-Q gas-fired steam boiler.

Considering the demanding operating conditions of the smelting industry, ZOZEN Boiler developed a targeted thermal energy solution. The WNS boiler adopts a two-pass structure and a corrugated furnace design. This design helps relieve thermal expansion stress and supports stable long-term operation of the boiler body.

The project’s environmental assessment set strict limits for nitrogen oxide and particulate emissions. In response, ZOZEN Boiler equipped the boiler with a low-NOx combustion system. The measured emission data complied with the applicable project requirements, helping reduce the environmental load during operation.

In addition, the automatic control system can adjust steam output according to the actual heat demand of the production line. This supports stable steam supply and helps reduce natural gas consumption.

With its manufacturing process and emissions-control configuration, the ZOZEN boiler provides a suitable steam source for the smelting process. The project supports Jinduicheng Molybdenum Co., Ltd.
