ZOZEN Boiler DZL Series 4 TPH Biomass Steam Boiler Project for the Food Industry

The edible mushroom industry involves strain research, cultivation, processing and sales. Stable steam supply is required for sterilization, environmental control during cultivation and supporting processing procedures.

The customer is a private technology enterprise engaged in the research, production, processing and sales of edible mushrooms. Its main products include white enoki mushrooms and king oyster mushrooms. To meet its steam demand, the company purchased a DZL series 4 tph biomass steam boiler from ZOZEN Boiler.

The DZL single-drum biomass steam boiler has a rated evaporation capacity of 4 tph and can use biomass pellets, wood blocks, straw and other biomass fuels. Based on the customer’s available fuel and steam requirements, ZOZEN Boiler designed the grate and air distribution system accordingly to support sufficient combustion and continuous steam supply for mushroom sterilization and other processes.

During project implementation, ZOZEN Boiler provided system design, equipment supply, installation and commissioning guidance, as well as technical support for operation and routine maintenance.
