Export to Cambodia: ZOZEN ASME 3 t/h Biomass Steam Boiler Project for the Food Industry

AMRU RICE (CAMBODIA) CO., LTD., a Cambodian rice processor and exporter, generates rice husks during production and requires a stable steam supply for rice processing. Based on the available fuel source and production requirements, ZOZEN Boiler supplied a DZL series single-drum biomass boiler designed to meet the project’s ASME certification requirements.

The boiler uses rice husks as fuel. Its chain grate and properly configured air distribution system promote sufficient fuel combustion, enabling the plant to utilize a processing by-product while continuously supplying steam to the production line. Considering the relatively high ash content of rice husks, ZOZEN Boiler configured the combustion, ash removal and auxiliary systems according to the project’s operating conditions.

During project implementation, ZOZEN Boiler also provided overseas services covering system design, transportation guidance, installation and commissioning, and operator training, supporting the smooth start-up and operation of the DZL series single-drum biomass boiler.
