ZOZEN 4 t/h Biomass Steam Boiler for the Food Industry

Project Background
In a maltose syrup production project with an annual output of 3,000 tons, a stable steam supply is essential for continuous heating, concentration and other production processes. Based on its steam demand, Hongshengxin (Jinzhong) Special Sugar Co., Ltd. selected a ZOZEN DZL series single-drum biomass boiler with a capacity of 4 t/h to provide steam for the project.

ZOZEN Boiler Solution
The ZOZEN DZL series single-drum biomass steam boiler has a capacity range of 2-10 t/h and a working pressure range of 1-2.5 MPa. It can use various biomass fuels, including biomass pellets, straw, wood blocks and rice husks.

The boiler adopts a single-drum structure and a chain grate design, making it suitable for continuous steam supply in food processing applications. Based on the production process, fuel conditions and site requirements, ZOZEN Boiler provided the corresponding system configuration for the project.

The boiler house features a clear layout, with the equipment and pipelines arranged in an orderly manner. This facilitates daily inspection, operation management and routine maintenance.
