Export to Egypt: ASME/CE-Certified ZOZEN 6 t/h Gas-Fired Steam Boiler for a Paper Mill

Egyptian paper mills require a continuous supply of stable steam during production. Industrial steam is used in several processes, including pulp treatment, stock heating, paper web drying, and equipment cleaning. Considering the local climate, fuel supply, and production requirements, an Egyptian paper mill purchased a ZOZEN WNS Series 6 t/h gas-fired steam boiler to provide steam for its production operations.

The Egypt boiler project involved several stages, including equipment manufacturing, international transportation, on-site installation, and commissioning. Based on the requirements of the export project, ZOZEN Boiler configured the boiler body, burner, control cabinet, valves, instruments, and auxiliary equipment as an integrated system. The technical design also considered the local electrical parameters, gas conditions, emission requirements, and available installation space.

The WNS Series gas-fired steam boiler supplied for this project was manufactured in accordance with the relevant ASME and CE certification requirements, supporting the customer’s procurement requirements for international manufacturing standards and equipment compliance. The specific certification scope is subject to the project technical documents, equipment nameplate, and accompanying certification materials.
