Exported to an Indonesian Feed Mill: ZOZEN 8 t/h Wood Chip-Fired Biomass Steam Boiler Project

The Indonesian feed mill mainly produces livestock and poultry feed. During production, raw material conditioning, curing, and pelletizing require a continuous and stable steam supply. As production capacity increased, the customer's original thermal energy system gradually became unable to meet production requirements in terms of steam supply, fuel adaptability, and continuous operation. At the same time, wood chip resources are relatively abundant in Indonesia. Converting wood chips into stable steam for feed production therefore became an important factor in boiler selection.

Based on the customer's steam load and wood chip fuel characteristics, ZOZEN Boiler supplied an SZL series biomass steam boiler. The SZL series uses a double-drum structure and chain grate, making it suitable for wood chips and other biomass fuels. The grate continuously conveys, distributes, and burns fuel, helping meet the continuous production requirements of the feed mill. The boiler thermal efficiency can reach over 86%.
