Case introduction

I. Project Background:

Customer's chemical plant mainly produces chemical products such as clean oil, soft pitch, washing oil, phenol oil and industrial naphthalene, which are widely used in semiconductor industry, chemical industry, new energy industry, environmental protection and other fields.

The customer upgraded the production process, purchased a batch of advanced production equipment, ZOZEN RYQ series molten salt heater was also used in the project accordingly.

II. Solutions:

ZOZEN molten salt heater uses molten potassium nitrate and sodium nitrite as heating media. The working temperature of normal media is 400-550℃, and the top working temperature could reach 600℃.

ZOZEN gas-fired molten salt heater is made of high-quality lightweight heat preservation and high-temperature refractory materials, with small heat loss. The economizer is customized in the system, which lowers down the temperature of the exhausted gas and improves the thermal efficiency. The high thermal efficiency of the boiler also aims the target of energy saving and consumption reduction of the customer.
