Heating Industry 14 MW Packaged Gas-fired Hot Water Boiler Project

I. Project Background:

The customer company is mainly responsible for the winter heating project in a certain place in China, and has been working closely with ZOZEN Boiler since 2019. ZOZEN Boiler has provided several sets of gas-fired hot water boilers in model WNS series and SZS series.

II. Solutions:

With the continuous advancement of heating project, ZOZEN Boiler started the third round of cooperation with the customer and continued to help the heating project. The boilers provided this time are SZS series with the boiler capacity of 14MW.

The SZS series is double drum water tube boiler, with the large furnace design, it can ensure the sufficient combustion of the fuel. The combustion chamber of the boiler adopts the water cooling wall structure, which enhances the efficient radiation heating area and improves the thermal efficiency of the boiler.

The heating project involves thousands of households, and the safety performance of boilers is also the key consideration index of the project. SZS series boilers are equipped with safety interlocking devices, which can ensure the long-term safe and stable operation of the boiler system.
