Chemical Industry 8-Ton Gas-fired Steam Boiler Project

I. Project Background:

In 2016, the customer company invested in the construction of an annual output of 5,000 tons of electronic-grade high-activity copper oxide. The main raw and auxiliary materials are electrolytic copper, carbon dioxide and food-grade ammonium bicarbonate. The main processes include dissolution, pressure filtration, dehydration, static drying and so on. The company purchased steam boilers to provide necessary heat sources for the production process.

II. Solutions:

The steam boiler provided by ZOZEN Boiler for the customer is a set of 8-ton WNS series gas-fired steam boiler. According to the customer's production process requirements, the boiler system is equipped with fully automatic intelligent control system with high degree of automation, which is suitable for the control system of the project production line.

The boiler is equipped with an economizer and a condenser at the end of the boiler flue, which can effectively absorb the waste heat of flue gas, reduce the temperature of exhaust gas and increase the temperature of boiler inlet water, thereby reducing the energy consumption of the boiler, improving the overall thermal efficiency of the boiler, and helping enterprises achieve the goal of energy saving and emission reduction.
