Chemical Industry 30-ton Gas-fired Steam Boiler Project

I. Project Background:

The customer company has built a new production line with an annual output of 10,000 tons of battery-grade lithium carbonate and co-production of 10,000 tons of battery-grade lithium hydroxide. The project has added several new production devices, including the gas-fired steam boiler from ZOZEN Boiler.

II. Solutions:

ZOZEN Boiler provides the SZS series gas-fired steam boilers, its capacity ranging from 20 tons/hr to 110 tons/hr. The boiler is favored by many chemical enterprises because of its high safety, reasonable design structure and outstanding thermal efficiency.

The boiler is structurally optimized, with double drums D-shaped arrangement and full membrane wall structure for the front and rear walls of the boiler body, which greatly prolongs the service life and improves the operation safety of the boiler.

In addition, the reasonable size of the steam drum and the steam-water separator in the boiler system can effectively reduce the water entrainment of steam, improving the quality of steam and the thermal efficiency of the boiler.
