I. Project Background:

The client company is mainly engaged in the production and sales of fossil fuels such as raw coal, coke, methanol, tar etc.

The processing of tar coke requires dehydration, distillation and other processes. In this production process, the steam boiler provides it with necessary heat energy. This time, the customer cooperated with ZOZEN Boiler with a set of 30-ton SZS series steam boiler. The customer proposed to use coke oven gas as the fuel of steam boiler.

II. Solutions:

The combustion chamber adopts narrow distance tube membrane water cooling wall which has good air tightness, and reduce heat lost and increase boiler thermal efficiency up to 98%. The boiler has good performance of energy conservation.

Moreover, ZOZEN SZS series gas-fired steam boiler can select advanced low NOx burner, which inhibits the generation of NOx, and reduces it below 30mg/Nm3, which meets the strict environmental protection requirements, and realizes the green production of the enterprise.
