Case introduction

I. Project Background:

The customer company makes full use of the local rich resources of coal, electricity, industrial salt, limestone to build chloralkali engineering project. Steam is an important energy resource in chlor-alkali enterprises. The stable output of steam and temperature have great influence on the quality of chlor-alkali products. Therefore, the customer puts forward higher requirements for the steam output and temperature of the boiler.

 

II. Solutions:

ZOZEN Boiler has customized a set of 60-ton SZS series gas-fired superheated steam boiler for the customer. The saturated steam can be heated by the superheater to reach a higher temperature, which easily meets the actual need of the production in the customer's plant. At the same time, the boiler has explosion door and flame detector for safe and reliable operation.

 

The bigger combustion chamber and low emission combustion engine is designed to reduce the NOx to 30mg/Nm3, which helps the enterprise realizing the green production.

 

Also, ZOZEN SZS series boiler uses narrow distance tube membrane water cooling wall which has good air tightness, and reduces heat lost and increases boiler thermal efficiency.
