The large diameter corrugated furnace effectively increases the heating surface, which improves the thermal efficiency. In addition, the condenser added to the end of the flue effectively cycles the waste heat of flue gas, which increases the water inlet temperature and decreases the exhaust gas temperature. It increases the thermal efficiency up to 98%, to save the operation cost of the boiler.
