I. Project Background:

Zhejiang auspicious hight indutrial co., LTD. is professional in the production of copper clad wholly foreign owned enterprise. The company mainly profuces fr-4 epoxy resin glass fiber coated copper plate,multlayer printed circuit board core pleta and semi-cured sheet.

The temperature is required strictly during the production process of copper clad. Therefore, ZOZEN Boiler designed and provided a set of 1.6 million kcal gas-fired thermal oil heater for the customer to meet the production need.

II. Solutions:

ZOZEN YY(Q)W series thermal oil heater can operate under a low working pressure to output higher temperature. The rated working pressure of the boiler ordered by the customer is 0.8 Mpa, the rated output temperature is 320 degrees, which meets the process requirements.

The YY(Q)W series gas/oil-fired thermal oil heater adopts 3-trips round coil tube structure. The coil tube end adopts beam port to effectively protect the furnace wall. After fuel ignition from burner, it forms a flame full fill into the round furnace tube, and through the furnace tube wall, the heat is transferred by radiation, which leads to the thermal efficiency up to 95%.

Also, the heater adopts the intelligent control system, with the fully automatic operating, burning, high slot oil level, output temperature and flow rate are adjusted automatically and self-protected.
