I. Project Background:

Guanghui Package Company is a professional manufacturer of shrink film, focusing on the production and innovative development of shrink film. The main products are PETG shrink film, PVC shrink film, and modified polyester-HSF. The production process of shrink film goes through blow molding, drying, thermal shrinkage, curing and other processes, in which the thermal shrinkage temperature requires high, and the thermal oil heater can reach a higher temperature than the steam boiler. Therefore, ZOZEN Boiler recommended a set of YY(Q)W series gas/oil-fired thermal oil heater with the capacity of 1 million kcal.

II. Solutions:

ZOZEN YY (Q) W series thermal oil heater adopts 3-trips round coil tube structure. The coil tube end adopts beam port to effectively protect the furnace all at boiler end, is equipped with advanced combustion device. The inner coil pipe has bigger flow amount, so it is more stable under high temperature operation.

Moreover, the internal side adopts good insulation material, outside use stainless steel plate, which can mostly reduce heat lost Multilayers solid matter tube bundle and steel rod is used to seal and fix completely eradicate flue gas short circuit. Before delivery, the residue moisture is removed completely, so the system draining period is reduced to 2 days from 12 days, which effectively reduce the installation and commissioning duration.
