6-ton Gas-fired Steam Boiler Project for Building Material Industry

I. Project Background:

In the production process of permeable pavers, sufficient steam is needed to provide heat source for stirring, pressing, curing and other links. As a new type of pavement material for urban construction, permeable pavers needs to have standard properties such as strength, water permeability, anti-freezing and melting, wear and skid resistance, so the production process of permeable pavers puts forward high requirements for the quality of steam and steam boiler.

II. Solutions:

The boiler adopts internal combustion wet back structure. The combustion chamber adopts the full-corrugated furnace, which ensures the sufficient combustion of fuel by expanding the radiation surface; meanwhile, it is equipped with the high-efficiency heat transfer element threaded smoke tube, which prolongs the duration of the flue gas in the furnace, to improve the thermal efficiency. In addition, the condenser added to the end of the flue effectively cycles the waste heat of flue gas, which increases the water inlet temperature and decreases the exhaust gas temperature. It increases the thermal efficiency up to 98%, to save the operation cost of the boiler.
