Building Material Industry 6-ton Three-pass Gas-fired Steam Boiler Project

I. Project Background:

The production line of autoclaved aerated concrete products of Guangxi Lulin Building Materials Technology Co., Ltd. mainly produces new energy-saving materials for wall, with a total investment of 17 million dollars, which will be constructed in two phases.

There are crushing, grinding, stirring, steaming and curing in the autoclave during the production process. Autoclave operation in aerated concrete production is an important content related to safe production and energy utilization, in which boilers mainly provide heat energy for thermal facilities such as autoclaves and front-kettle procuring kiln, so purchasing high-quality heating boilers is also a very important part of the project.

II. Solutions:

ZOZEN Boiler provides a set of WNS series 6-ton three-pass gas-fired steam boiler, to supply heat energy for the production line of the project.

ZOZEN WNS series is a shell-type three-return wet back boiler which adopts the horizontal internal combustion structure. Both of the gas and oil can be used as the fuel. The series of boilers adopt full corrugated furnace design and threaded smoke pipe, which greatly increases the radiation heating surface and improves the thermal efficiency of the boiler.

At the same time, a variety of condensers and economizers can be added at the end of the flue, so that the thermal efficiency of the boiler can be effectively improved to over 98% by absorbing the waste heat of the discharged flue gas, improving the inlet water temperature and reducing the exhaust gas temperature. This series of boiler is able to help the enterprises saving the boiler operation cost.
