Paper Industry 10-ton Green Gas-fired Steam Boiler Project

I. Project Background:

The customer company is a professional paper making enterprise. The production process of test liner needs a large amount of steam, before, the customer used a set of biomass-fired boiler to provide heat energy for the production line.

In order to meet the requirement of environmental protection, the customer made technical transformation on the biomass boiler to 2 sets of gas-fired steam boilers.

II. Solutions:

ZOZEN Boiler understands that the customer's technical renovation project belongs to the construction project of producing recycled paper from waste paper. In addition, in recent years, the paper industry is also facing a series of problems such as resource constraints and environmental pressure in the development process. Therefore, choosing energy-saving and environment-friendly green production equipment is a special concern of paper-making enterprises. ZOZEN Boiler provided the customer with 2 sets of SZS series green gas-fired steam boilers.

ZOZEN SZS series boiler adopts the double-drum D type structure, the combustion chamber use narrow distance tube membrane water cooling wall which has good air tightness, and reduce heat lost and increase boiler thermal efficiency.

Also, the boiler can be equipped with advanced low-NOx burner to ensure the sufficient combustion of the fuel, which inhibits the generation of the polluted emissions, and lower the NOx below 30mg/Nm³.
