WNS series horizontal internal combustion boiler is a wetback shell type oil/gas fired boiler with 3 passes. It is designed to be safe, reliable, efficient, energy-saving and environmental protection. Under the complete quality inspection system of ZOZEN Boiler, each product has reliable quality assurance. The full-automatic operation function of the boiler with various interlocking protection devices shows excellent safety performance. Meanwhile, sufficient steam storage and heating surface enable the boiler to generate bigger thermal power and high-quality steam output. In addition, the condenser added to the end of the boiler effectively recycle the waste heat of flue gas, which increases the water inlet temperature and decreases the exhaust gas temperature. This makes the boiler heat efficiency reach above 98% and save the operating cost.
