ZOZEN 10 tons SZS series condensing gas-fired steam boiler project for the chemical industry

Shenmu Shengbang Chemical Co., Ltd. was established in 2010, mainly producing and selling semi-coke, coal tar and other products. As an important piece of equipment providing heat resources on the production line, the steam boiler provides necessary high temperature conditions for the drying and carbonization of semi-coke.

In order to further improve the economic benefits of the company, Shengbang Chemical proposed to use semi-coke as the boiler fuel. According to the actual demand, ZOZEN Boiler customized the SZS series gas-fired boiler system with advanced low-NOx burner, which can reduce the generation of NOx and meet the local environmental protection standard. SZS series gas-fired boiler adopts the popular D-type structure with the large-volume furnace to promote the sufficient combustion of the fuel. At the same time, the boiler adopts full membrane wall structure with good air tightness and sufficient heating surface. With the energy-saving devices at the end of the flue gas duct, the overall boiler thermal efficiency can be improved to 98% and above.
