20 tph and 25 tph SZS series natural gas fired steam boiler project for the chemical industry

ZOZEN SZS series gas-fired boiler adopts the advanced low-NOx burner and large-volume furnace to promote the sufficient combustion of natural gas and reduce the generation of NOx. Besides, the boiler adopts the D-type layout and full membrane wall structure with good air tightness and sufficient heating surface. With the energy-saving devices at the end of the flue gas duct, the overall boiler thermal efficiency can be improved to 98% and above. According to the exhaust gas test report of Grand Fuchi Pharmaceutical & Chemicals in January 2021, the emission concentrations of pollutants in the exhaust gas of the chemical workshop were lower than the standard limits, which met the local environmental protection standards.
