Biomedical Industry 25-ton Coal-fired Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler Project

I. Project Background:

Inner Mongolia Keran Biological High-tech Co., Ltd. is mainly engaged in extracting isoflavones, oligosaccharides, concentrated proteins, complex functional factors and other products from non-transgenic soybeans in Inner Mongolia.

In 2020, Keran successfully built a high-yield soybean peptide production line, an automatic packaging production line and a R&D center based on the original production line. The steam boiler provides support for the drying, concentration, separation and purification processes in the production line.

II. Solutions:

According to the specific process of the production line, ZOZEN Boiler recommended a set of SHX series circulating fluidized bed boiler for Keran.

ZOZEZN SHX series circulating fluidized bed boiler belongs to low temperature combustion, which directly desulfurizes in the combustion process with high desulfurization efficiency. This series of boilers adopts the high-efficiency wear-resistant high-temperature cyclone separator newly developed by ZOZEN Boiler and is equipped with advanced air preheater, which reduces the exhaust gas temperature, increasing the inlet air temperature of the furnace and effectively improving the overall thermal efficiency of the boiler.

At the same time, the large area of furnace and low flow rate prolong the standing time of the fuel in the combustion room, which ensures the sufficient burning of the fuel, thus to save a lot of fuel cost for the entperise. In addition, the unique air chamber design provides users with the choice of ignition methods to meet the different needs of enterprises.
