Jinsha Precipitated Silica Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is founded in 1996. With an annual output of 65,000 tons of silica and 60,000 tons of solid sodium silicate, it is one of the leading manufacturers of silicon products in China. The products are widely used in rubber, tire, food, medicine, pesticide, feed and other industries. Industrial boilers are very important for the production of silica because the drying process has a high requirement of temperature.

With increasing demands of silica products and stricter environmental protection policies, Jinsha Precipitated Silica Manufacturing Co., Ltd. set higher requirements for production efficiency and environmental protection performance and decided to introduce a set of high-efficient and environment-friendly circulating fluidized bed steam boiler. ZOZEN customized the SHX circulating fluidized bed steam boiler for Jinsha Precipitated Silica Manufacturing Co., Ltd. according to the condition of the production lines. This series of circulating fluidized bed boiler adopts low-temperature combustion. It can desulfurize directly during the combustion process. Besides, the technology and equipment are simple and economic, and the desulfurization efficiency is high. Meanwhile, high-temperature cyclone separator in combination with the design of big furnace and low flow rate prolongs the residence time of coal particles in the furnace, which can ensure complete combustion of coal and effectively improve the thermal efficiency of boilers. In addition, multiple baffle plates are designed on the convection heating surface, which increases the flue gas flow and reduces the dust. Moreover, the serpentine tube economizer and air preheater further improve the overall thermal efficiency of the boiler to more than 89%.
