Turkey HENDESE 15 Tons Biomass-Fired Boiler for Power Generation Project

I. Project Background:

Turkey Hendese Group was established in Ankara, Turkey, in 2018. As a local professional turnkey machinery contracting project company in Turkey, Hendese's business covers consulting services, manufacturing of steel structure, contracting services, renewable energy systems, hydraulic machinery systems, etc. Hendese ordered a set of biomass-fired boiler from ZOZEN Boiler for a local biomass boiler power generation project.

II. Solutions:

ZOZEN Boiler provides the new-type DZL series tri-drum biomass-fired boiler for HENDESE Group.

The boiler adopts an assembled structure and is divided into an upper part and a lower part, and is a water pipe Boiler composed of three drums. The boiler capacity covers 15-40 t/h, and the working pressure is 1.25-2.5 MPa. As a third-generation biomass boiler, it is designed to further solve the ash accumulation problem in the convention area of the second generation of ZOZEN biomass-fired boilers with double drums. The flue gas enters the convention area from furnace outlet, and the dust in the flue gas directly falls into the ash hopper at the bottom of convention area.

At the same time, according to different biomass fuel characteristics, the boiler can be equipped with different grates to ensure the sufficient combustion of biomass fuels. It also prolongs the service life of the grate, which meets the strict requirements of the biomass power generation system on the efficiency and stability of the boiler.
