Plastic Industry 4-ton Biomass-Fired Steam Boiler Project

In the process of processing plastic products, the heating and molding of plastics need stable thermal energy support.

I. Customer Demand:

In order to further expand the scale of production and sales, the customer's plastic plant decided to purchase a set of steam boiler for the heat source supply in the plastic product production line, and required the boiler to have stable heating and sufficient steam output.

II. Solutions:

ZOZEN Boiler recommended a set of 4 tons DZL series biomass-fired steam boiler after learning about the scale of the plant and the actual demand of the steam.

This set of biomass-fired steam boiler is horizontal three-pass water & fire tube boiler with a chain grate stoker structure. Choosing biomass pellet as fuel has the advantages of compact structure, simple volume, energy saving and emission reduction.

The DZL series boilers have adopted the high-efficiency heat transfer element threaded flue tube which has been researched by ZOZEN Boiler to enhance heat transfer. At the same time, through scientific and reasonable arch structure and air distribution ratio, the full combustion of fuel is ensured, thus improving the thermal efficiency of boilers. The unique water-fire tube three-pass design fundamentally solves the cracking problem of tube plate of the fire tube boiler.
