3 Tons Condensing Gas-fired Steam Boiler Project for New Materials Industry

With the gradual expansion of market demand, the client company has invested nearly 4 million dollars to purchase intelligent production equipment of high-performance polyimide fiber, to produce the high-performance polyimide fiber with annual output of 100 tons.

I. Customer Demand:

A set of steam boiler is needed for the wastewater rectification unit.

There is no central heating in the park, all enterprises need to use natural gas as fuel.  In addition, the boiler used in the project shall meet local emission standards and environmental protection requirements.

This series of steam boilers adopts full corrugated furnace design, which increases the radiant heating surface and effectively improves the heat transfer effect. In addition, the condenser added to the end of the flue effectively cycles the waste heat of flue gas, which increases the water inlet temperature and decreases the exhaust gas temperature. It increases the thermal efficiency up to 98%, to save the operation cost of the boiler.

At the same time, the gas-fired boiler can use a wide range of fuels, therefore, the natural gas is also suitable for the boiler. The advanced low-NOx burner on the boiler can effectively inhibit the generation of nitrogen oxides, and helps enterprises meeting the emission requirements of low nitrogen.
