35-Ton Coal-fired Steam Boiler for Potato Starch Processing Industry

I. Project Background:

The customer company has built an automatic production line of potato starch protein extraction. The production line extracts protein through deep processing of production wastewater, to solve the problem of wastewater pollution. During the separation process, a large amount of steam is needed to support the process links such as juice removal, dehydration, drying and so on. Therefore, the customer decided to purchase a set of environment-friendly and energy-saving steam boiler from ZOZEN Boiler for the production line.

II. Solutions:

The project puts forward strict requirements on environmental protection performance. ZOZEN Boiler recommends a set of SZL series coal-fired steam boiler to the customer.

ZOZEN SZL series vertical dual drums chain grate water pipe steam boiler is composed of 2 main components. The upper assembled component is the body heat accepting part, and the bottom assembled component is the combustion equipment. According to different capacity, different numbers of independent wind bins are set from front to back of the grate. Users can reasonably distribute the air according to different combustion conditions to ensure that the fuel is fully burned. At the same time, the graded air supply and special furnace arch structure make the NOx emissions down to 100mg/m³, which helps the enterprise to meet the strict environmental standards.
