Circulating fluidized bed cfb boiler is composed of boiler body and auxiliary equipment;
1. Boiler body: It mainly includes starting burner, air chamber, air distribution device, furnace, gas-solid separator, material return device, steam drum, downcomer, water wall, superheater, economizer and air preheater.
2. Auxiliary equipment of circulating fluidized bed cfb boiler: mainly including blower, induced draft fan, return fan, crusher, coal feeder, slag cooler, dust collector, desulfurization and denitrification equipment and chimney.
After the fuel is crushed to a suitable particle size by a crusher, it is fed from the upper part of the air distribution plate of the combustion chamber by a coal feeder, mixed with the hot boiling materials in the combustion chamber, and quickly heated. The fuel quickly ignites and burns, and a large number of solid particles are carried out of the combustion chamber under the action of a high airflow speed.
After being separated by a gas-solid separator, the separated materials return to the combustion chamber through a material return device to continue to participate in combustion. The high-temperature flue gas led out by the separator exchanges heat with the convection heating surface in the tail flue, passes through the dust collector and is discharged from the chimney.
1. Low sulfur emission
Adjusting the distribution of boiler heating surface to ensure the combustion temperature in the furnace is between 860-880, which is a better temperature range for limestone desulfurization in the furnace.
By injecting limestone powder into the furnace and combining with an efficient separator to catch finer particles, the limestone and flue gas can be mixed for many times to achieve the highest utilization rate of limestone in the furnace and the desulfurization efficiency in the furnace can reach over 90%. Combined with the measures of desulfurization tower outside the furnace, the original emission of SO2 is guaranteed to be below 35mg/Nm3.
2. low nitrogen emissions
Adopt low bed temperature design of 860-880℃; The design of low oxygen content is adopted, and the combustion adjustment oxygen content is controlled at 3%; Strictly carry out graded air supply, increase the proportion of secondary air volume by more than 50%, raise the position of secondary air entering the furnace, and ensure the combustion of anoxic reduction zone in the furnace; Ensure that the initial NOx emission concentration of the boiler is ≤ 100mg/nm3; The position of SNCR denitration interface is reserved at the inlet of separator; A space for installing SCR equipment is reserved between the two groups of economizer in the tail flue; Ensure that the final NOx emission concentration of the boiler is ≤50mg/Nm3 after the out-of-stock device.
