Six-ton Natural Gas Fired Steam Boiler for Hospital Project

Steam is necessary for general large-scale hospitals, and there is a great demand.  Medical devices need steam for high-temperature sterilization; There are a lot of bed sheets and hospital clothes in the inpatient department every day, which need steam for cleaning, disinfection and drying; Hospital canteens need steam and hot water for cooking, cleaning and disinfection; In addition to heating in winter and supplying hot water, all these need strong support from steam boilers.

I. Customer Demand:

1. The intermittent demand for the steam in hospital results in the energy-extensive consumption. Therefore, Yili Hospital puts forward to order energy-saving boiler, with low Nox emission. Also, the boiler shall use natural gas as the boiler fuel.

2. Moreover, the hospital is located in the city center, which has a large amount of visitors everyday. The normal operation of hospitals depends on the centralized steam supply of large boilers. Once there is a problem with the steam supply, it will affect the medical treatment and all the related work of the hospital. Safe and stable operation of boiler is an important basis for evaluating boiler performance.

II. Solutions:

Targeted for the demands of the customer, ZOZEN Boiler customized two sets of six-ton WNS series gas-fired steam boiler, fueled by the natural gas.

1. The WNS series steam boiler can be equipped with the low-NOx burner with different parameters according to different kinds of fuels, which can ensure the sufficient combustion of the fuel while reduce the NOx emssions. The large volume of the combustion room effectively increases the heating area to improve the thermal efficiency, helps the hospital to reduce the energy consumption and save costs.

2. ZOZEN Boiler sets seven hold points, each under the surveillance of a dedicated team, are set to assure product quality in the manufacturing process. Also, the automatic control system of the WNS series steam boiler can adjust working pressure, temperature and water level automatically, which guarantees the daily operation of the hospital.
