Chemical Industry 21 Million Kcal Coal-Fired Thermal Oil Heater Project

Wengfu Zijin Chemical Co., Ltd. established a project on the phosphorus chemical engineering, through transfer the local by-product of metal smelting to product and refine the acid and ammonium phosphate products, then recycle the phosphogypsum. It is necessary for the boiler to provide a large amount of continuous heat for the whole production line, and to dry and calcine phosphogypsum.

To ensure the stable and safe operation of the whole production base, Wengfu Zijin Chemical put forward requirements on the equipment.

II. Solutions:

After investigating the overall project scale and production operation flow of Wengfu Zijin Chemical, ZOZEN Boiler designed a set of YLW series 21 million kcal thermal oil heater for the comprehensive utilization of phosphogypsum production line. This series of thermal oil heater has the following advantages:

1. First, the good-quality refractory bricks are used on the boiler, at the same time, using advanced structure to optimize the heating area, which ensures the sufficient combustion of the boiler fuel, and effectively reduce the heat loss.
