4 Million Kcal Gas-fired Thermal Oil Heater for Coating Production Line in China

3TREES has set up seven production bases across the country. Anhui SKSHU Paint Co., Ltd. is one of the production base that mainly engages in the production and sales of coating, waterproof materials and other chemical materials with annual production capacity of 300,000 tons of emulsion paint.

I. Customer Demand:

For the new-added production line in Anhui plant, 3TREES Anhui Plant ordered one set of YY(Q)W series gas-fired thermal oiler heater for the heat supply of the coating production line.

1. The project appointed the natural gas as the boiler fuel in the production line and shall adopt the low-NOx burning technology.

2. It also puts strict requirement on the environmental protection, which requires the waste gas emission shall meet the relevant standard.

3. The stable heat supply and safety operation of the boiler are also important, as well as whether the operation can be adjusted according to the production line, which results in the energy saving and low consumption.

II. Solutions:

ZOZEN Boiler made a deep communication with the customer to learn about the plant scale and operation process of the production line, then customized a set of YYW series 4 million kcal horizontal thermal oil heater, using natural gas as the fuel to supply the heat energy for the production.
