Heat Supply Station 46 MW Gas-fired Hot Water Boiler Project

I. Customer Demand:

The heat supply station plays an important role in local area, it provides the heating for over 75% of local residents in winter. Therefore, the station puts forward strict requirements on the heating boiler.

1. In response to the environmental policy, the local government paid to remove the original coal-fired boilers, and added 3 sets of gas-fired boilers, which required using the clean energy natural gas as the boiler fuel. At the same time, the waste emission shall meet the local environmental standard.

2. Heat supply involves thousands of households and concerns the vital interests of the broad masses of people. Therefore, there are clear requirements for the safety performance and heating capacity of heating boilers.

II. Solutions:

Aiming at the demand of the heat supply station, ZOZEN Boiler customized 3 sets of SZS series gas-fired hot water boilers, to ensure the heating supply in winter for the local residents.

1. This series of boiler adopts full-membrane wall combustion chamber, with micro positive pressure to ensure the good performance of airtightness. At the same time, the large-volume furnace of the boiler ensures the sufficient combustion of the fuel, and the imported original low-NOx burner can reduce the generation of the NOx.

2. Compared with the traditional coal-fired boiler, the gas-fired boiler does not need an area to stack the coal ash, and the fuel transportation is easy to transfer with shorter continuous operation period, which leads to the reduction of power consumption.

3. ZOZEN Boiler completed the boiler manufacturing, installation, pipe network construction and other necessary steps before the appointed time, also debugged and inspected the whole gas-fired boiler system.
