Gas-fired Thermal Oil Heater and Gas-fired Steam Boiler for Lubricating Material Project

I. Project Background:

Customer company mainly engaged in the R&D of new material technology, lubricating oil processing, production and sales. The company invested in the construction of a lubricating material project with an annual output of 10000 tons in the industrial park, with a total investment of 30 million US dollars. After the completion of the project, the production capacity of lubricating materials with an annual output of 10000 tons will be formed. A set of 2 million kcal YY (Q) W series thermal oil heater and a set of 2-ton WNS series gas-fired steam boiler ordered by the customer company from ZOZEN Boiler are used for the production line.

II. Solutions:

Due to the particularity of boilers used by chemical enterprises, the technicians of ZOZEN Boiler will tailor the technical scheme to meet the requirements of chemical production according to the safety factor and control mode of users, so as to ensure the simplicity of operation and the safety of boilers to the greatest extent. According to the production project process of the custoemr, the YY (Q) W Series gas/oil-fired thermal oil heater and the WNS series three-pass gas-fired steam boiler are recommended for the production line of lubricating oil.

ZOZEN YY(Q)W series thermal oil heater adopts 3-trips round coil tube structure. The coil tube end adopts beam port to effectively protect the furnace all at boiler end, is equipped with advanced combustion device, and with fully automatic operation. Heater is wholly assembled and delivery, it is easy for installation, commission and operating.
