10-Ton Gas-fired Steam Boiler Project for Central Heating

I. Project Background:

With the penetration of the heating pipe network, a central heating pattern was formed to realized the upgrade of environmental protection. After a series of market research and investigation, the customer finally chose to cooperate with ZOZEN Boiler.

II. Solutions:

ZOZEN Boiler has designed and provided several sets of WNS series gas-fired steam boiler with the capacity of 10 tons for the customer. This series of boilers adopts full corrugated furnace, which enhances the disturbance of flue gas and effectively improves the heat transfer effect. At the same time, with the use of threaded smoke tube, a high-efficiency heat transfer element designed and developed by ZOZEN Boiler, the thermal efficiency of the boiler can be increased to over 98%, so that the boiler can effectively produce good-quality steam with higher thermal efficiency, and meet the production needs of the customer company.

A variety of economizers and condensers can be added to reuse the waste heat of the flue gas to increase feeding water’s temperature and reduce outlet temperature, which can increase the thermal efficiency and save operating cost.

Advanced low-nitrogen burner can also be installed to ensure the sufficient combustion of the fuel, it effectively inhibits the formation of nitrogen oxides, reduces the emission of NOx, and helps the customer company to meet the environmental protection requirements of green production.
