Facing the more complicated market situation, customers invest in the construction of 5000 tons hot melt adhesive project. In the production process of hot melt adhesive, it is necessary to add the prepared hot melt adhesive raw materials into the reaction kettle, heat and melt, and stirred evenly. Therefore, high temperature has a direct impact on the properties of hot melt adhesive.  This time, Joya ordered a set of 3.6 million kcal gas-fired thermal oil heater from ZOZEN Boiler.

II. Solutions:

Compared with steam boiler, thermal oil heater can produce higher temperature under lower working pressure. YY(Q)W series adopts 3-trips round coil tube structure. The coil tube end adopts beam port, the inner coil pipe has bigger flow amount, so it is more stable under high temperature operation.

Moreover, ZOZEN YY(Q)W seires thermal oil heater inside adopts good insulation material, while outside uses stainless steel plate, which can mostly reduce heat lost, and make working environment better. The boiler set up with efficient heat transfer system, which improves the thermal efficiency of the boiler up to 95%.
