Chemical Industry 3-ton Green Gas-fired Steam Boiler Project

I. Project Background:

Thanks to its horizontal internal combustion wet back structure and advanced low nitrogen burner, WNS series boiler obtains higher combustion efficiency. Also, it inhibits the generation of NOx, and controls the emission below 30 mg/Nm³.

In addition, the economizer and condenser are installed in the boiler system, to raise the inlet water temperature by using the waste heat of exhausted gas, and to improve the thermal efficiency up to 98%.
