ZOZEN 40-Ton Condensing Gas-Fired Boiler For Chemical Industry

I. Project Background:

In order to give full play to the company's technological advantages, Changqing (Hubei) Biotechnology Co., Ltd. built the fifth production base in Yichang High-tech Zone, and purchased several advanced production equipment, which included the gas-fired steam boilers from ZOZEN Boiler.

II. Solutions:

ZOZEN Boiler provides the SZS series gas-fired steam boiler for the customer. The boiler capacity is 40 tons/hr, and the boiler fuel is natural gas.

ZOZEN SZS series water tube boiler adopts double-drum horizontal chamber combustion D-type structure. The boiler combustion chamber is designed with the membrane wall, it can reduce the heat loss. On one hand, the structure enlarges the radiation heating area to save the material loss, on the other hand, it improves the combustion situation in the furnace, which improves the whole thermal efficiency of the boiler.
