Paper Packaging Industry 6-Ton Gas-fired Steam Boiler Project

I. Project Background:

Taizhou Chunqiu Packaging Co., Ltd. has several production lines of corrugated paper products. In order to meet the growing production scale, the customer ordered a set of energy-saving and environment-friendly boiler from ZOZEN Boiler.

II. Solutions:

ZOZEN Boiler provides the WNS series gas-fired steam boiler for the customer. The boiler capacity is 6 tons/hr, and the boiler fuel is natural gas. According to the requirements of the customer, the boiler shall meet the low-NOx emission standard, therefore, the boiler adopts the advanced low-NOx burner to ensure the sufficient combustion of the fuel. The burner is able to control the NOx emission below 30mgNm³.

In addition, the boiler is designed with the intelligent PLC automatic control system, with the function of automatic adjustment of temperature, water level and pressure, which realizes the unattended operation.
