Paper Mill 25-Ton Green Condensing Gas-fired Steam Boiler Project

I. Project Background:

Henan Huafeng Paper Industry Co., Ltd., founded in 1969, is a comprehensive pulping and paper making enterprise specializing in the production of cultural paper, household paper and specialty paper. To meet the growing production demand, the customer ordered a set of 25 tons gas-fired steam boiler to provide steam for each production line.

II. Solutions:

The project adopts ZOZEN SZS series automatic water tube boiler, the boiler capacity ranges from 20 tons to 110 tons, with the double-drum horizontal chamber combustion D-type structure. The boiler combustion chamber is designed with large area with the membrane wall, it can reduce the heat loss and improve the whole thermal efficiency.

With the wide range of fuel selection, users can choose various kinds of clean energy fuels according to the actual demands, such as the natural gas and biogas. The boiler selects the advanced low-NOx burner, which inhibits the generation of NOx, to meet the requirements of environmental protection.
