Tangshan Shengda Paper Co., Ltd., established in 2002, is a professional manufacturer of corrugated paper. In the production process of paper, the drying process needs a lot of steam, therefore, the customer company ordered a set of SZS series gas steam boiler from ZOZEN Boiler.

II. Solutions:

SZS series gas-fired steam boiler adopts membrane cooling water wall, it has good airtightness, which reduces exhaust heat loss, and improves boiler thermal efficiency. The actual test shows that the boiler thermal efficiency can reach more than 98%.

In addition, this series of boilers can be combined with advanced low-nitrogen burner to effectively inhibit the formation of nitrogen oxides and control NOx emissions below 30 mg/Nm³.
