Textile Mill 4-Ton and 2-Ton Gas-Fired Steam Boiler Project

I. Project Background:

Qingdao Huajinyuan Knitting Co., Ltd. was established in 2001. The company has a garment factory with a monthly output of 1 million pieces, a dyeing and finishing factory with a monthly output of 300 tons and a printing factory with a monthly output of 25 tons of grey fabrics.

In order to meet the production steam and daily heating needs of the plants, the customer company has purchased two sets of 4-ton and one set of 2-ton WNS series gas-fired steam boilers from ZOZEN Boiler.

II. Solutions:

ZOZEN WNS series boiler adopts the horizontal internal combustion structure, with threaded smoke tube, the self-developed efficient heat transfer element of ZOZEN Boiler, to enhance the heat exchange effect and increase the boiler thermal efficiency to more than 98%.

Also, the WNS series gas-fired steam boiler is equipped with an advanced automatic control system. The burner can automatically burn and stop according to the controller's instructions. The independent controller has a number of safety interlocks, which can ensure the stable performance and low maintenance ratio.
